Real Estate: I am continually attending education seminars to deepen my knowledge base to serve my clients better. I am a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and pride myself on providing great information to my clients so they can make informed decisions.
Relationships: I pride myself on nearly 100% of my business coming from satisfied past clients who gladly refer their family, friends and co-workers to me. I take the time to listen to my clients and understand their needs. I provide valuable information before, during and after the transaction and we have a lot of fun along the way. Relationships are the key to my success and I build my business by making every client feel like my only client.

Jake is a full time Realtor with over 20+ years of experience representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate sales. Jake learned the value of hard work at a very young age from his father Tom. It is Jake’s great work ethic combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills that give his clients piece of mind during the real estate transaction.
